Troubleshooting Audio
In order to use Coach Audio in your browser, you need to enable access to Microphone in your system and browser settings.
Enabling in your system settings
1. Open Settings
2. Find Privacy and Security
3. Click on Microphone
4. Toggle on for the browser you are using
5. Restart your browser
Enabling in your browser (example uses Chrome)
1. Open Wisq in your browser
2. Select the icon next to your URL
3. Toggle on for Microphone
Troubleshooting Safari
In order to use Coach Audio with Safari, you need to enable auto-play for Wisq. To do this:
1. Open Safari Settings
2. Find Auto-Play section on the left
3. Click on the dropdown next to app.wisq.com and select Allow All Auto-Play
4. Close Safari Settings and reload the page. Now you can chat with your coach!
