Notifications are available in the Wisq platform. Desktop web notifications in particular are helpful.
If you do enable Web notifications in your settings (learn how here) but are not receiving them, your notifications may be blocked by your browser or system. Below are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
Change notification settings for your computer
It is possible that your notifications from your browser are being blocked by your computer. This would prevent you from receiving any notifications from your browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, etc.) even if you allow notifications from Wisq. Even if you do have notifications enabled for your browser by your computer, it is also possible that your Wisq notifications are being blocked by your browser.
