All Wisq users can manage their Wisq account preferences.
Delete - Users can delete their Wisq account from the Wisq iOS mobile app. Go to your profile icon in the bottom left > select preferences > open the menu > select account.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Deactivating - Users can simply deactivate your account if you no longer want to have an account on Wisq. You can reach out to your internal Wisq contact or email help@wisq.com.
Unsubscribe - Wisq users will get notifications and emails on occasion from Wisq. You can update your notification preferences in the platform by selecting your profile icon in the bottom left then select preferences. Or click the "unsubscribe" button from an email correspondence.
